All shipped orders come with signature confirmation and you MUST sign for the package. Please keep in mind that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders once the packaged has been delivered and signed for. All orders receive a tracking number within 24hrs after item has been shipped, so please provide a valid email address. All orders are processed and ship during business days ONLY (Monday thru Friday). Please allow 4-12 business days for an order to ship after processing. Processing can take up to 2-4 days or more. International Orders please allow 12 to 15 business days to receive orders. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES!

We do not issue refunds on ANY HAIR PURCHASES once an item has been shipped out.
Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange products. Any exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lessor value. No refunds will be permitted.
If you are looking to exchange item a $50 restocking fee along with the additional shipping costs will have to be paid in order for the exchange to be honored. Exchanges can take up to a week.
Any alterations or any modification made to the item subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees void. We will not accept back any item that has been installed or altered (washed, removed from weft, processed, colored or cut) or if the label is broken. If you are unsure about the quality of your product, please show your stylist or email us for questions.
If it’s determined that Wanda Simply Beautiful Extension is at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
